Question for Canadian authors
« on: January 05, 2014, 05:56 PM »
I'm trying to figure out how to deal with "signed copy" requests and wondering what other Canadian authors are doing.

Do you just deal with your local indie and tell everyone they can order through that store for signed copies, or do you contact the closest American bookseller and work something out?

I've seen it done that way--contacting your local indie and referring people to it.

Another idea is to ask for a SASE and send them a signed bookplate.

Thanks guys. The closest indie to me is a 3 hour drive - just figured this out! Bookplates it is!
