I have two middle grade realistic adventure type manuscripts ready to send out on their big adventures in January.  So does anyone know who is particularly looking for such manuscripts?

Right away, the Calkins Creek imprint of Boyds Mills Press came to mind. Charlesbridge and Holiday House also have top-quality historical pieces.

Best wishes, Sharon!

Keep in mind that Calkins Creek is American history only. Anyone would be lucky to have Carolyn Yoder of CC as his/her editor.

This is the Historical Fiction board, and you said they were "realistic adventure type" manuscripts, so I'm wondering if your header, which says "Nonfiction," has a typo? Do you mean fiction or nonfiction?
