There's an old saying. But what does this cause you to do?
Shiver?
"I shivered like a ghost walked over my grave."
Has anyone heard this one before?     :muahaha

I've heard it this way: Someone just walked over my grave     or     It feels like someone just walked over my grave. This is usually in response to a sudden shiver or shudder. There is an over-all ominous feel to the experience, but only in a joking sense. I've never known anyone to say it seriously.

Like someone else said, I've always heard it as "Someone walked over my grave," and it is in reaction to an unexplained shudder or shiver or general sense of unease.
