Illustrator Contest #3 - "June is Bustin' Out All Over"

We are happy to announce that Michelle Arcand is the Winner of the June Illustrator Contest! Michelle will be receiving a free year of membership with the SCBWI, which happens to be her first year with us. Our jury decided on two Runners-Up this time, Tiffany C. Lange and Eileen Grace. And because we want to showcase the different talents and styles of our enthusiastic community, we decided to include Honorable Mentions this time around. They go to Bryan Ballinger, Marietta Foster Smith, Heather Powers, and Jason Thomas Coutu for their entries. So, congratulations to you all! Your image can be pretty much anything that has to do with June -- summer, the song, nothing about the song, no school, june bugs, and so on -- we are leaving it all to your imagination. Our only stipulations on content, as always, are that it be appropriate for children and, this time, have to do with June, June, June!
