She's been a political cartoonist, newspaper illustrator, comics magazine editor, arts and entertainment writer, and a consumer columnist. She is currently working on a variety of silly and serious projects for adults and children. |

Craig enjoys watching great movies or awful television shows with his wife beautiful Jennifer and reading books to their 14 month-old son James who can imitate a dog, a cat, a duck, a cow, and a fish with precise intonation. |

Klean A clumsy ballerina: Felonna Floor Patricia Bennett is an Adjunct Professor of English at a university in Oklahoma who finds writing therapeutic, especially after the grind of essays and research papers. "Writing helps my teaching and teaching helps my writing," she maintains. Patricia has completed a middle-grade novel and several picture books, and is hopeful that someday she will see her work in print. Her other interests include French studies, yoga and bridge. |

Tripping, but her friends call her "Grace" The 7th grade bully: Lars Malloy Miranda Butler-Swanger is a new mom so she doesn't have time for much, but she loves to write, so she has made time for that. Her favorite things to write are short stories and poetry. |

Hawkins III A slobbering, lumbering old dog: Rufus Karin Gaffney is a public relations media specialist and writer at the University of Rochester Medical Center who enjoys writing both middle-grade fiction and nonfiction for children. During the last two years she has had three nonfiction magazine articles published and is now working on her second novel, a ghost story set in the south. Karin lives in Rochester, NY, with her fiancé, Mitch, and their 16-pound cat, Cleo, who is currently on a diet and very unhappy about it. |
