Gail Machlis

Gail Machlis created "Quality Time," a daily syndicated cartoon panel, for ten years working with Chronicle Features Syndicate and Universal Press Syndicate. Her cartoon work and illustration work has appeared in Cosmopolitan, New Woman, Ms. Magazine, The Artist's Magazine, The Writer, Road and Track, and Radiance, among other magazines. Her greeting cards were produced by Marcel Schurman Company and she has one published collection of cartoons, Quality Time and Other Quandaries, published by Chronicle Books. She has been writing and illustrating children's books for the past four years, and is currently working on revisions and illustrations for her first to be published.
