ABOUT ALISON PEARCE STEVENS

  • I write lots of fun non-fiction: articles, picture books, and middle grade books. I also write middle grade novels. All of my work is inspired by a love of science and nature.

I am a regular contributor to Science News for Students, Highlights, ASK, and other kids’ magazines, and write for National Geographic Kids Books. In 2011, I was awarded a scholarship by the Highlights Foundation to attend the Writers Workshop at Chautauqua.
