ABOUT BRIDGET CASEY
Bridget Casey enjoys serving as Co-Regional Advisor for the Metro NY chapter with Pat Weissner and a devoted volunteer team. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Marymount Manhattan College with a BA in English and induction to the Alpha Chi Honor Society. Additionally, she was editor of Marymount’s literary magazine. Her story, “Quitting Time,” appeared in a collection published by Simon & Schuster called Chocolate for the Teen Heart. A native New Yorker, she is also a very grateful graduate of the Nevada SCBWI Mentor Program led by Ellen Hopkins and Suzy Morgan Williams.
I write fiction for young people because I believe stories save lives.
