To renew your existing or recently expired membership with the SCBWI, please return to the homepage and login. If you are already logged in, return to the Join Page to continue processing your renewal.

If your membership has expired within the last two months, when you login to the website, a window will pop-up, explaining that your membership has expired. Please click the "OK" button, and you will be redirected to a page where you can renew online or print up your information to mail in with payment.

If your membership has not yet expired (double check your membership card for your expiration date), after logging in, please click on the Join graphic on the homepage. The Join page will load up, but your information should be in the name, address, etc. fields. If it is not there, please make sure you have logged in correctly on the homepage. Follow the directions to Apply Online or Apply By Mail.

Renewing members, you're still in our grace period, thus we do not need you to re-apply for a new membership. We also don't want to charge you more than you need to pay! Please note, though, that if your membership has been expired for over three months, you do need to REINSTATE your membership at the $75 rate. The extra $15 covers administrative fees and the membership packet you receive with all the updated materials.

To reinstate a lapsed membership (i.e., you were a member at one point in the past), please print the following form REINSTATEMENT OF LAPSED MEMBERSHIP (requires Adobe® Acrobat® Reader® Software), and mail or fax it to the address below:
