The Boston Public Library will underwrite a Children’s Writer-In-Residence Program at the library. The recipient will
receive a stipend of $20,000 to work 20 hours a week at the library from September 2004 through June 2005. The writer will work with children at the libray and is also expected to complete a submission ready manuscript. Deadline is January 1, 2004.
