MEMBERSHIP
New or Reinstating Memberships
• If the membership packet has not yet been sent, we can offer a full refund of the $75 amount.
• If the membership packet HAS been sent, we can offer a $60 refund.

Renewing Memberships
• We will prorate the amount of time between when they paid and when they cancel their membership, based on a 12 month membership.

CONFERENCE ATTENDANCE
• Up until two weeks before the conference, we can issue a full refund of tuition fees. (Contact the Executive Office for the exact date.)
• Two weeks before the conference, we can issue a refund of tuition fees minus the amount of the luncheon ticket (amount varies per conference -- see conference pages for details).
• For the Summer Conference, we cannot refund consultation fees. For the Winter Conference, we cannot refund art showcase fees.
• Cancellations must be made before the conference. If you do not cancel before the first day of the conference, we cannot offer any refund.
