Websites for 7-10s?

Discussion started on

Hi, everyone,

I'm trying to find websites for (not about) children 7-10.  Am looking for sites less crowded with bright colors and objects than the ones you might find for younger kids.

I'm going to build one myself and am looking for models.

Thanks. I hope you all have nice holidays and a successful 2021.

I should've said, the websites could just as well be directed at 8- to 12-year-olds.

Thanks, Gatz

I also should have said, I'm more interested in sites that feature or direct kids to stories, than I am in educational websites.

Thanks.

This is non-fiction but it contains articles: https://kids.nationalgeographic.com/. Some of the children's magazines for the age group have stories or sample stories on their sites. For example, Time for Kids has sites for different age groups. I know I've seen others too, but mostly nonfiction.

And from a Google search: https://www.freechildrenstories.com/age-8-10-1
