Michael, I've checked most of them on this page and spot checked through p. 5. I got many more hits than misses. I see the thread dates back to 2005, and there are broken links on those older pages. The books may be out of print, or be available elsewhere for anyone who wants to search for them. The list does serve as an historical record of sorts of our BB members' publications.
