to whom it may concern.
I'm curious to know what the various amounts and colors of stars mean to next people's names.  Blue stars! Yellow stars! Green Stars! Greener stars! I assume some have to do with the number of posts?  Forgive me if the information is available here, I was unable to find it.

The two green stars show you're an SCBWI member and what region. The others are posting levels. I think yellow is Member, Blue is moderator and red is admin. But I never asked about those.

Thanks Debbie for shedding some light- I imagine then that the number of stars signifies the number of posts.

I think so. There are words that say this too. For example, you and I are both labeled poster plus and have the same number of colored stars, just different colors.
