I like this website:

If you're interested in writing historical mysteries, I also enjoyed this book:
How to Write Killer Historical Mysteries by Kathy Lynn Emerson
Before embarking on reading specifically about writing historical fiction, I'd suggest just reading books on the writing craft that focus on scenes, characterization and plot such as Writing Fiction for Dummies by Randy Ingermanson.
