Children's Literature
Here is a link to a libguid/booklist for parents, and teachers to use to discuss trauma with children. The guide offers multiple areas of trauma. Please feel free to share with others and provide comments about books that are problematic or suggestions for adding books I am unaware. I would appreciate any assistance as I feel these books offer help to many families and children that need them as tools to talk.

This is terrific--thanks.

There are plenty of other books out there on these subjects. One way to find them is to search each book on Amazon and see what is listed in the "People also bought" area. Below is Brave Mole.

For the War section, there are tons of bios of Anne Frank.
And here's another Eve Bunting book, this is on homelessness: Fly Away Home. Actually, she might be worth looking up as there may be others by her that deal with tough subjects.

Adding another: The Wishing Tree. https://elvaresa.com/books/. Actually this publisher does a lot of books for military families, so maybe check them all out.
