Can anyone think of a picture book with a provocative title? Something that means one thing to adults (nothing over the top/inappropriate), but is used in an innocent way in the picture book? I've tried googling but I'm coming up with mostly high-concept titles...not necessarily titles with a double meaning...and I'm drawing a blank, but I'm sure there must be some?

Maybe not exactly what you are after, but to start the ball rolling I'll suggest
WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU'RE EXPECTING LARVAE because it reminds adults of the pregnancy book, but needn't do so with young readers. (It is one of a series about animal biology.)

Oooh I just thought of another - JOHN, PAUL, GEORGE AND BEN by Lane Smith (Beatles/Founding Fathers)

This IS hard. What came to mind for me was Lane Smith's IT'S A BOOK. The title isn't provocative, but the whole thing seems aimed more at the adults than the kids.
