I agree with Debbie. They have beautiful books! I've subbed postcards but never heard back. They have an alternate sells/marketing plan, but otherwise are a traditional publisher.

As I recall, Barefoot sells more like Avon or Tupperware than other traditional publishing companies. I believe all of that info is on their website.
