When submitting multiple PB MS's to an agency, per their guidelines, is it necessary to include a paragraph describing each MS in the cover letter? Can the submitter focus on one and include the others as additional samples?

I only ever subbed to one agency that requested more than one PB ms in their guidelines (they asked for 2 ms, with 2-3 illos each), and I did provide a short pitch for each one in the query letter. For the illustrations, one ms I included a link to a dummy (the dummy I was mainly querying agents with), the other ms just a color sample and a few pencil character sketches.

I'd definitely add a blurb for each. This is a good time to perfect your editing skills and make those blurbs as concise as possible. Hope you land an agent.
