This looks like a vanity press. A Google search with the word vanity or scam turns up a lot. There seem to be 3 "Pegasus", 1 in uk, 1 in california, 1 in NY. I'm not sure which you're asking about but here's another of WB postings that do mention Pegasus UK.

And above, what Debbie says is spot on, adding any publishers name before or after "vanity" or "scam", is a great research tool.

As others have said--they are a well-known vanity press. They'll be happy to publish your book in return for thousands of dollars, though that may not be clear yet...
