Go into your profile to Look & Layout and change your time offset to be +1 (or -1) more than whatever the time is currently set for. 

Example: The time on my 8 AM post said it was 7 AM. In my profile, the time offset was set to -2 hours. I changed it to -1 hour and now my posting times are correct.

If your time is different by more than one hour, adjust your offset accordingly with the appropriate plus or minus number until your actual posting time shows up correctly in your posts. It's just a simple matter of trial and error until you get it right.
