Would really appreciate any advice

I've written a picture book focusing on the anthropomorphism character of a tooth, going through a teeth cleaning.

I can search for any dental book, but they are all very different than my story.
Also say I do come across one, am I only to be finding best sellers similar to my book because that is what they are comparing it to?

Very confused and would love some help . Thanks!

I'd look for informational fiction with an inanimate object anthropomorphized as narrator. Look also for books with the same tone. This is another place where a chat with a librarian can be a big help.

Any children's book where the main character is an inanimate object should be helpful. It doesn't have to be a tooth. I'm thinking of Pencil: A Story with a Point by Ann Ingalls and Spoon by Amy Krouse Rosenthal.
