As I am working on a revision of a PB manuscript, one suggestion I got was to have alternate POV (in this case, two characters and their POV alternating on different spreads.) Somehow, this seems like something I have seen before, but for the life of me I can't think of a single example. 

If any titles come to mind, I'd love to look at them.

(I don't remember the rules about what I can post in terms of links, so please bear with me....) From a website called "Read Write Think," I found a page entitled "Children's Picture Books: Considering Multiple Perspectives."

It lists ten books, including The Story of Ruby Bridges (Cole/Ford), Peter's Chair (Keats), and No, David! (Shannon).

Oh, Mirka, I'm afraid I don't rock....  After rereading the PDF - I now think it's a **guide** for considering each story from other characters' points of view. In other words, it looks like these books are actually first person and the PDF is directing readers to ponder differing perspectives.

You Rock, regardless. I'll check these out, also
  for your help. I like the very idea of alternating POV and there was a time writers of MG were admonished to never do this until A VIEW from SATURDAY did it with lauded results, and good writers continue to do it and win awards for doing it to this day. Of course, it must be done well.
We hesitate with younger inexperienced readers, but I know I've seen it if only I could remember where.  The reader who suggested I do it with this manuscript lit a spark in my creative bone.

Mirka, Farfallina and Marcel by Holly Keller is through 2 POVs. One of my favorites. It's the only one that comes to mind right now but I'm thinking that many friendship stories would fall in that category (Frog and Toad; Henry and Mudge--okay these are chapbooks), where the author shares each character's thoughts and feelings.

Fantastic, Vijaya.
The Two Bad Ants is a great (especially visually) PB, but not really two POVs. However, Hey Little Ant is a classic duet of POV and a perfect example of what I was asking about. One doesn't even have to go to the library anymore, as YouTube has people who read the full texts and turn the pages for the images. not great for book sales, but very good for research.

Now go and write those TWO BAD

This is not really two POVs but I love Boot and Shoe by Marla Frazee - where there are two main characters who each have their own side of the story except for the beginning and the end. It's a sweet book.
