BLACKOUT -- available now
DESERTED -- available now
SISTERS DON'T TELL -- available now

One I read recently and really enjoyed is 'The Reinvention of Edison Thomas' -- about a boy so lost in his own world he doesn't even realize he's being bullied. It's a lovely, fresh treatment of bullying -- and I really identified with the MC.

How about 13 Reasons Why by Asher? I guess that qualifies or begs the issue of bullying.

NO PLACE TO FALL (Harper Teen, 2014)

STARGIRL by Jerry Spinelli. Not your typical bullying story, but it definitely belongs on the list. A wonderful, unusual take on bullying, conformity, and individuality. I cannot recommend this book highly enough.

Being Frank (Flashlight Press)

A lot of this year's great middle grade novels deal with this issue. Hound Dog True, Breadcrumbs, Okay For Now, and The Fingertips of Duncan Dorfman all involve kids who are bullied.

Blubber is an older one, but still good.
