I'm not sure when I bookmarked this site, but I was weeding out my files today and checked it out ... it's a really interesting site for picture book writers! Some of the resources are particularly good.

What a unique resource! I've boomarked it for future study. The Anatomy page was lovely with the pb images.

Thanks, Kate!

OhioKate,

Great minds think alike.  I posted this yesterday in the Illustration section but I think it belongs here as well!  It is a great resource, and explains so much that I didn't know.

Ohio Kate - thanks for posting this!

Ann Marie - thanks for letting me know I wasn't nuts! I thought the site was posted already (and I responded) but I couldn't find the thread!   :duh:

Wow, what a great resource, thanks Kate.  I'm going to pass on the address at our SCBWI meeting next Monday.  I know a few of our members could really use it (myself included!)

Shucks, I've been caught not reading the Illustration threads.

 :-[

[Thanks a lot for throwing me in, Anne Marie.  I suppose now all the illustrators are going to pelt me with blobs of tempra ... or india ink ... or stick me with their pen nibs. Mercy, please! ]

If you ever want to know about something, just ask Kate. She's the resource woman! I was so impressed when Kate found a recording of that song, Jesus' Blood Never Fails when we were discussing it on a thread one time.
That PB site looks really interesting, thanks!

Wow, Cassandra.  And after you boomarked it, what did you do with it?  Usually when I find a URL I really like, *I* "bookmark" it....   :dr :dr :dr

(Sorry... I just couldn't resist teasing you a little.)

I've been having a look at it, too.  I didn't "boomark" it yet, but I do have it here on a window that I haven't closed yet.   Thanks for passing it along Kate and AM.
