Title: MFA with playwrighting track?
Post by: kidlit_kim on April 21, 2008, 12:30 PM
Do any of you have an MFA from a creative writing program with a playwrighting track? Have you ever thought of getting one?

I'm beginning to think I might like to pursue this, but I want more information. What about playwrighting conferences? Do you know of any good ones? Maybe that would be a good way to check it out and see what I think???

Wow. I don't think I've ever written a post with all questions before. I'm just really excited about this playwrighting thing and feel like I want to jump in!  :tigger

A good friend of mine has an MFA in Dramatic Writing *I think that's what it's called* from University of Georgia. She really liked the program (did it quite a few years ago, though, like probably 12).
