KiKi is a magazine for girls that's been publishing since 2007.  In case you aren't familiar with it I thought I'd post the link.  Looks like it's probably a non-paying market since I didn't see mention of pay, but maybe I just missed it.

They just purchased some art of mine for a 2011 issue.

Looks kind of cool! Reminds me of Dream/Girl, which I used to read and write for before it stopped publication when I was around 13. I imagine if you email their professional email address, they might send more information regarding pay and specific editorial guidelines.

I tried to click on their "Guidelines" from the link you posted, but it won't display... anyone else having this problem?
