Title: Ship crash?
Post by: bookworm452 on July 22, 2013, 08:03 AM
Suggestions of a script that has a character inside a crashing ship or suggestions on a way to write it?

I immediately thought of Titanic and Life of Pi, two films that might inspire you with powerful scenes on ships for what you're trying to write.

You might do a search for books on the Andrea Doria. I read a book ages ago in middle school that had stories of various tragedies and that was in the book and had quite a bit of detail as I recall. Can't remember the title, unfortunatley, but there must be several books out there about it.

The Perfect Storm by Sebastian Junger might help you.

The Guardian with Kevin Costner as a teacher of recruits who save people from dangerous situations involving ships on the ocean.         ::-)
