Title: KDP - kindle Direct Publishing
Post by: Nidhi on September 25, 2014, 11:03 AM
Really? https://kdp.amazon.com/kids

Has anyone had any experience with this? I'm wondering if this means ANYONE can create picture books peppered with grammar and punction errors and make it available to the world. I hope there is someone moderating the quality of books the world will be subjected to.

Or perhaps this is a really good idea... anyone?

This is purely a consumer service--no monitoring or reviewing, apart from for books with adult content--and is hugely popular. And yes, there are a lot of terribly bad books out there, as well as some good ones.
