Title: Submitting Historical fiction to magazines
Post by: asingrey on April 24, 2015, 01:29 PM
How many sources are standard when submitting historical fiction to magazines such as Cricket and Highlights? Or is it more a matter of however many you need?

Also, do you include an author's note explaining true historical details or just put in a bibliography and that shows that you did your research?

The Highlights folks have a historical fiction books imprint, Caulkins Creek. Their guidelines might give you an idea of what to do for the magazine. I hope that helps.
