Do kids still say this for cheating?  Sounds old to me?  Thoughts?

My 19 year old knows what it means but doesn't use it or know people who use it.

I see/hear around 700 kids per week (K-6) and haven't heard this phrase. It's "player" now, meaning the person plays around.

You could also make up your own phrase. You'd just have to make the meaning clear through context, which wouldn't be hard to do.
