So in one place in Cobblestone's query guidelines, they say each query must include its own self-addressed stamped envelope, but then another place says they no longer return unused queries due to the volume of submissions received.

So do they still want the SASE? I'm fine with sending one if they do, but I'm not sure what they'd use it for, and I don't want to make it look like I didn't study the guidelines.

Anyone know?

A SASE really isn't necessary. If you want acknowledgment that your query was received, include a postcard.
