I LOVE traditional mediums, personally I work with watercolours and ink. Some of my biggest inspirations are from the golden age of illustration like Beatrice Potter and Arthur Rackham.

But what's the market for traditional medium illustrations? I see a lot of digital artwork in kid's book, it's a very popular medium. Do publishers have a preference?

Publishers want quality artwork. The media is irrelevant.
