National Geographic Little Kids

Discussion started on

You may have seen this, but I just noticed it on another site and thought I'd share.

New preschool magazine from National Geographic

NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC LITTLE KIDS is targeted at children ages 3-6.  This teaching tool is all about getting a head start into reading, logical reasoning, counting, and cultural awareness.

NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC KIDS' editor-in-chief Melinda Bellows will oversee this bi-monthly publication.  Distribution is by subscription and on newsstands.  The magazine will debut with the March/April issue some time in February.

I just called and learned that Melinda Bellows, is at the D.C. address posted on the website. The woman I spoke to on the phone said you could send ideas to the following email address:

She said that this would be forwarded to Melinda Bellows, though it seems a very general email address, so you might choose to snail mail.

This magazine is done in-house  :(
But you can submit to NGKids ... which is for 7-10 yr. olds.  Query first.
