Here is the sentence:

Abby was elected to be the Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer by her best girlfriend Molly, who happened to be the President.

I looked this up online and it states that these titles are capitalized only when attached to a specific person like President Obama. But what about in this context?

Thanks all! :thankyou

No capitals.

Abby was elected vice-president, secretary, and treasurer by her best friend Molly, who happened to be president.

But:

The meeting was called to order by President Molly.
