Hey guys,

Does anyone know if there are more sites like  Illustration Friday where you can submit work for fun and interact with other illustrators ?

Thanks !

There's a site called "Watercolor Wednesday."  But it's watercolor only.

There are forums that I've been involved with currently (or in the recent past) that weren't necessarily children's book illustration focused, but most of them included various weekly or monthly challenges with various interesting topics:

- The ArtOrder:

- CGSociety: (select create and share or challenges)

- CGHub:

- DeviantArt:  (select contests for various types of creative challenges)

- The DrawingBoard:

I would also suggest searching for groups/pages on Facebook, as that's were it seems most of the artists (student and professional) seem to be hanging out and inspiring each other. You may find others there.  ;D

Hope that helps!
