Construction equipment help, please?

What is the name of those big construction site machines that look (to me) like they'd be used for making holes. They have a longish pointed 'bore' and it's used to crush concrete for example. It's not a borer, which I would have thought and it's not a jackhammer as those are much smaller. This is a big machine (man in a cab controlling it) but with a bore-like tool at the end.

I googled hydraulic hammer and it looks like that. I couldn't paste a picture here for you, but you can check it with google.
