MG novels set in the 1750s

Discussion started on

I'm looking for recommendations of MG novels set in the 1750s, in particular books dealing with early settlement in North America. Any ideas? :writing3  Thanks!

The Witch of Blackbird Pond might be set too early for you, but it's one of my favorites!

The Sign of the Beaver is 1768. My son loved that book!

Never read it, but NoveList says:

Fawn by Robert Newton Peck (1975)
At the time of the Battle of Ticonderoga in 1758, an Indian boy, the son of a Jesuit priest, observes the savagery of the French, English, and Indians, and tries to save his father from what could be a terrible fate.

The Glory Field by Walter Dean Myers (1994)
Follows a family's two hundred forty-one year history, from the capture of an African boy in the 1750s through the lives of his descendants, as their dreams and circumstances lead them away from and back to the small plot of land in South Carolina that they call the Glory Field.

Claire by Moonlight by Lynne Kositsky (2005)
Fifteen-year-old Claire Richard and her family are beset by challenges as they try to survive after being expelled from their Acadian home in 1755.
