I thought the artists in our community would enjoy this fun article about a mother/daughter collaboration. There is something charming about these drawings! Somehow they remind me of the original illustrations by John Tenniel in Alice in Wonderland.

Ooh that is wonderful! And I totally see the Alice in Wonderland aspect too. How funny. I'm going to try something like this with my five-year-old tomorrow!

This is super inspiring. Does anybody know off the top of their head of actual books that were illustrated by children? Is this even okay, surely it is?

My daughter is in second grade and watches me write and create everyday and then begins to create her own works that resemble my own. I sometime think how awesome it would be to include her work in my projects.
