Can anyone rec some MG books with well written kid friendships? The book doesn't have to center around friendship, and it doesn't have to be dual POV (it's fine if one friend is the MC and the other is a supporting character.)
Any genre will help. And any MG age (chapter book to upper MG) is fine!

At the risk of self promoting, my new book, Seven Stories Up, (due out in a few weeks) is very much about friendship.  It's a time travel book in which a girl makes BFFs with her own grandmother, and it has a dramatic effect.

And my third book, Penny Dreadful, is also. About a lonely girl whose life is lived in books. But then she learns to make real friends...

Do you mean to ask for books with just kids who are friends? Many of the Judy Blume books would work for this. Amber Brown does too.

The Mysterious Benedict Society by Trenton Lee Stewart has a group of children who meet and grow closer together throughout the book. I thought the friendships were pretty well written, if I remember correctly, although they're not the focus of the book.
