Hi!

As an SCBWI member and National Board Certified Teacher, I'm reaching out to colleagues to include your book in my presentation handout.  I was selected to be a presenter at the California Council for Social Studies in Los Angeles, CA and the conference dates are March 7-9, 2014.

Presentation is titled "Technology Matters:
Explore teaching strategies and digital resources in social studies and technology to support the Common Core Standards.  Captivate student interest and enhance historical inquiry by analyzing primary and secondary sources.

I'll be putting together a hand-out with information on American History:  historical fiction books and non-fiction, e-books, apps.  The hand-out will reach K-12 teachers. 

Please include the following information: 
1)  Elementary, Middle School, High School
2)  Historical fiction, non-fiction, e-book, app
3)  Website link
4)  Description of book (could be the elevator pitch or one/two sentences).
