Scripts for the upcoming 2014 awards season are now downloadable. 

These come from Scott Myers, Go Into The Story blog/website.

More will follow, but so far there are a bunch listed. Gone Girl, Wild, The Fault in Our Stars, Boyhood, Birdman, Foxcatcher, The Theory of Everything, and a lot of others.

These are released by the studios on purpose and for public consumption -- they are not illegal or "stealing" to download/read.
