I want to sub my dummy to a publisher that has guidelines for authors and for illustrators but not for author/illustrators. I thought I would follow their requests - cover letter, manuscript, short bio, link to portfolio. But what about my digital dummy? Would you add a link to view the dummy or just mention that it is available on request?

If it's a link I would definitely include it. If they want to view it it's much easier to just click than to have to ask you to send it.

I agree with Artemesia. When I first started subbing, I just had a line that mentioned a dummy was available, but later on I switched to including the link. Easier for you and the publisher.
