Hey all,

I am happy to be back here after taking a hiatus for a couple of years! I just love reading about children's book illustrators' techniques (i.e., illustrators' personal websites, in which they explain their technique). Do you have any favorites to share?

Thanks!

I just posted my process on my newest postcard art. It's on my blog. http://wendymartinillustration.com/wordpress I love seeing the artists on muddycolors.com share their work and thoughts, too. They aren't kid lit, but very amazing.

Not that my own is my favorite,  :crazy, but I participated in a blog hop about my creative process. The first line in the segment usually points to the illustrator before who passed the torch on, so if you click on the other names listed beginning or end of the blog posts, you should be able to go backwards or forwards to the other illustrators' blogs. http://brainrainblog.com/2014/08/29/authorillustrator-blog-hop-creative-process/

Thank you for all of the wonderful suggestions! I will have to check them out later (as a reward for working on a painting!).
