Castle of Whispers, the first book in the Secrets of the Quilt series is now out.

After Sofia Parker inherits a quilt from her grandmother, she investigates the story behind each swatch. The first piece is rumored to have been cut from the Mona Lisa's dress. A past/present mystery set in Vermont and 1503 Florence. :)

Congratulations Elizabeth!!! The book sounds lovely. I've read a couple of the Annie's Attic mysteries. This sounds like a great premise. I imagine you had great fun writing this.

 :flowers2 Thank you so much! Yes, it was fun to write since I love Florence and Leonardo Da Vinci. Plus made my MC an artist. And came up with my own theory why Leonardo held on to the Mona Lisa painting.  :goldstar

Alas, I didn't go while working on the book, but I was there a few years ago. My father's family came from Barga, in the mountains about an hour or two from Florence. Loved it.
