Super congrats!!!

I love stories about people landing agents after a boatload of queries. It gives so much hope to the writers still in the query trenches

Thank you so much, everyone. And I am always happy to share rejection stories if it has a chance of making anyone feel less alone. I've had some that rival a rollercoaster in soars and drops.

Congratulations, Stephanie!!! So excited for you! I noticed that New Leaf calls themselves a "nontraditional" agency. What does that mean?

Thank you! I think what it means is they do everything in-house: film rights, foreign, licensing, development, and also that they are agents of non-traditional formats, like YouTube personalities.

Congratulations! Sounds like I need to send more submissions - wow 109! Good work!

I would love to know your process. Did you revise between rejections or did you send the same manuscript to 109 agents? Bravo!
