Thinking of getting a digital drawing device. Any recommendations?

What's Under that Rock? (Atheneum, 1985). Not available at fine bookstores anywhere.

I'm not a professional artist, but I just got an iPad Pro with a Pencil. It's pretty incredible, how smoothly it works. I also like the ability to storyboard with note taking apps and access Word or Scrivener while using a Bluetooth keyboard to type. I'm replacing my laptop (but not desktop) with it, actually.

I'm not a professional illustrator, but have had fun working on the Wacom tablet this year. It's super easy and works great with Photoshop.

I use a Wacom Cintiq, with PS and Clip Art Studio but yes, the iPad pro and apple pencil are amazing, with lots of art apps out there for it. I've got sketchbook on mine.
