Thanks, JFriday. I'm on the mend so am :writing3

And :congratulations to you for being a nano winner. You can always revise the crummy pages but you have pages!!!  There was a nice article over on Writer Unboxed about how Nano can help creativity.

There are, after all, dragons in it.  :dragonchase
Can't go wrong with dragons.  :)

I've reached 50K too, so I made my goal, but as I said, it's awful writing. Maybe I can salvage something from it, even if the story takes a completely different direction.

:congratulations

Wow, congrats to those who met their writing goal. I am going to plug away until the end of the week. I may even go until December 15 to try and get my word count of 50-55,000 words. This past week was a bust with the kids home from school. Right now I am at 40,500 words, with lots of revising to do.

JFriday, huge congratulations to you! Of course, there is salvageable stuff in there. I believe a lot of our subconscious comes out when we fast draft. Now you have the fun of revising and finding those gems. So happy for you!

Well, congratulations to everyone! We made it, in varying forms, to the end of the month. And we're:

1. Still sane
2. Ahead of where we were on October 31
3. No longer under pressure (at least for NaNoWriMo)

So  :yay and  :congratulations !! We did it!

And thanks for all the encouragement from everyone. That made it enjoyable. :love5
