When he mentioned, "Yours is a very lovely story but somewhat quiet for young readers ...," I laughed.

Yep, "somewhat quiet" -- totally my style. 

Grateful that X'mas came early for me. I'm passing on the cheers for story acceptance to all my dear fellow writers here.  :snowman3

Yayyyyy!!!  Been trying to break in there for years, so I know it must be an awesome feeling.
Love how they accepted it despite that "but."  Love that they're open to "somewhat quiet" stories.
