Manuscript critiques and developmental editing with Adam Blackman Editor Cardinal Press Rules

Up to 8 critique sessions of 20 minutes.

Participants will send in submissions of either a full Picture Book, a single chapter of a chapter book, or a single chapter of a middle grade novel. These will be provided by June 7th, 2025, in advance of your critique session.

As Acquisitions Editor at Cardinal Rule Press, I have built a diverse list of award-winning, realistic, representative picture books for socially thoughtful children.

As a a Freelance Editor, I offer manuscript critiques and developmental editing for books for younger readers, specializing in picture books, chapter books, and middle grade.
